About Adam
I’m a facilitator of calm, meaningful change.
My work sits at the meeting point of neuroscience, positive psychology, and human experience - grounded, practical, and deeply human. The nervous system shapes everything from our confidence and relationships to our creativity, sleep and sense of purpose.
I work with people who are often outwardly successful, thoughtful and capable - yet inside feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or quietly exhausted by holding it all together.
Rather than analysing the past, I focus on something more powerful, helping people feel different in your body and mind, so new possibilities can emerge naturally.
Through solution-focused hypnotherapy, guided experiences and simple, evidence-based tools, I help people:
feel calmer and more grounded
think more clearly
reconnect with confidence and self-trust
and move towards the life they actually want to be living
Alongside my executive programmes and 1-to-1 sessions, I curate immersive group experiences such as the Hypno Haven, where people explore consciousness, calm, creativity and connection in a warm, curious and welcoming environment. I also create digital experiences, including personalised audio journeys, so that support can continue beyond the therapy room. These can be found in the resources library.
Outside of my work, I love surfing, playing trumpet and being in nature - all different ways of practising presence, flow and connection.
