My background
In my career in organisational change, leadership development and working with senior teams in global organisations, I saw first-hand that success depends not just on strategy, but on the state of the people delivering it.
Now, through solution-focused hypnotherapy, neuroscience and positive psychology, I help individuals access clarity, calm, and confident decision-making, not just for themselves, but enhance the positive impact they have on others.
