Rising C Levels
Rising C Levels is an executive-level programme for people who take responsibility - for others, for decisions, for outcomes - and who want to meet that pressure with Calm, Clarity, and Confidence.
It is for successful people facing decision fatigue, cognitive load, reduced clarity, a narrowing of perspective or who are experiencing anxiety or specific fears such as travelling or public speaking. It is for quiet leaders who want to find their voice, and use it, speaking up and speaking out with clarity and conviction. In ways that others quietly take note of.
Rising C Levels improves how you think, decide, and show up.
Rising C Levels is offered in three standalone terms. You can enrol in one, two or all three. Each term works independently, while also building naturally into the others. Achieving Fellowship - all three terms - will put you into the upper few percent of leaders who move with ease and grace, pride and satisfaction.
Busy people find it creates time, rather than taking it. It is a deep developmental experience without adding any load. A space where you can draw from the wellspring of your own unconscious mind, to act on your deepest resources and to unearth your most powerful potential - without working too hard.
-
Rising C Levels brings together one-to-one work, group programmes, and live experiences into a single, coherent journey. Members are supported both individually and in connection with others, with flexibility to engage at the depth and pace that suits them.
At its heart, Rising C Levels is about creating the conditions in which you can lead well and live well, consistently.
-
Rising C Levels is a flexible programme designed to support sustained personal and professional growth. Members can enrol in one, two or all three 3-month terms - Calm, Clarity and Confidence - taken in any order. Each term stands alone while also building into a deeper, longer-term journey. As members complete each term, they unlock additional benefits, including access to selected events, groups and experiences across the wider ecosystem.

I RISE is a deep and personalised transformation programme.
Members enrol in a specifically adapted version of I RISE, which is my development programme for individuals.
This provides a confidential, focused space to think clearly, reset, and work on what matters most - with different enrolment terms available depending on need and context.
-
Alongside individual sessions, members have access to WE RISE: small, facilitated group spaces designed for reflection, perspective, and shared learning with others who understand responsibility.
These groups are thoughtful, grounded, and confidential, offering the benefits of connection without noise or performance.
-
Members also have access to Weekly Wave Live: a regular, facilitated group space offering calm reflection, perspective, and continuity.
For many, this provides a steady rhythm and sense of connection between deeper pieces of work.
-
Rising C Levels includes access to The Calm Harbour: a growing library of reflections, audio resources, and supporting material designed to help integrate the work into everyday life.
These resources are there to support continuity, not to overwhelm.
-
Members of Rising C Levels receive priority access to relevant groups, VIP events, retreats, and new programmes as they become available.
This ensures continuity of support and the option to deepen the work when it feels right.
Rising C Levels is for leaders who hold responsibility - and want to carry it more lightly.

What clients are saying:
How is it different from leadership development or executive coaching?
Rising C Levels is:
Subconcious, not surface
Calming, not cognitive
Strengths and Solution-focused, not problem-focused
Exciting, not exhausting
Experiential, not conceptual
Relaxing, restful and respectful and yet rigorous
What makes Rising C Levels different
Rising C Levels isn’t a corporate programme. There are no targets to hit, no personas to maintain, and no pressure to be anyone other than yourself. The emphasis is on steadiness, perspective, and sustainable confidence - in work and in life.
People experience it as:
A trusted space
A quiet counterbalance to pressure
An ongoing source of clarity and perspective
How to begin
Rising C Levels is offered by selection and mutual agreement.
If you’re interested, the first step is a private discussion to explore whether the framework is the right fit for you, and which elements would be most useful at this stage.
