Hypno Haven

A space for calm, consciousness and meaningful change

Hypno Haven is a welcoming, intimate space where people come together to explore how their minds, nervous systems and sense of self really work.

Through guided experiences, conversation, music, and gentle hypnosis, it offers something rare in modern life:
a place to slow down, feel safe, and let something shift.

It’s not therapy.
It’s not a workshop.
It’s not a festival talk.

It’s something in between — and often something people remember.

What happens in a Hypno Haven

Each Hypno Haven is different, but usually includes:

  • guided hypnotic or meditative experiences

  • simple insights into the mind and nervous system

  • conversation and reflection

  • sometimes music, sound or creative elements

People leave feeling calmer, clearer and more connected to themselves.

Who it’s for

Hypno Haven is for people who:

  • think a lot

  • feel a lot

  • are curious about consciousness and wellbeing

  • want a deeper, kinder relationship with their mind

You don’t need to be “spiritual”.
You don’t need to be “broken”.
You just need to be open.

The atmosphere

Hypno Haven is gentle, grounded and human.

There’s no pressure to share.
No fixing.
No forcing.

Just a space to arrive and be.

Where it lives

Hypno Haven appears at:

  • festivals (like Paradhis)

  • retreats

  • and as monthly small-group gatherings

Each one is its own experience.

At the moment we are planning some half-day retreats. Dates to be confirmed.
