WE RISE

A six-week leadership group experience

Many of us learn best through experience, reflection, and connection with others.

WE RISE is a small-group programme designed to help you develop calm, clarity, and confidence in a structured and supportive environment, alongside other thoughtful, successful people.

Each session combines solution-focused coaching, guided reflection, and hypnosis to help you step back from day-to-day pressures and access clearer thinking and deeper psychological resources.

The programme is time-light, practical, and immediately applicable to work and life.

Programme format

  • Six weekly sessions

  • Wednesdays, 1:00–2:00pm

  • Live, small-group experience

  • Starts Wednesday 1 April 2026

Each session includes:

  • Solution-focused conversation

  • Guided reflection

  • Light teaching

  • Hypnosis / deep relaxation

  • Practical integration

Outcomes

By the end of the programme, participants typically experience:

No prior experience of hypnosis or coaching is required.

The programme follows the RISE structure used across my work:

Week 1 — Orientation & Intention
Meet the group, set intentions, and learn the format.

Week 2 — Reflection
Notice progress, strengths, and what’s already working.

Week 3 — Imagination
Engage future thinking, possibility, and preferred outcomes.

Week 4 — Stillness
Develop calm focus and mental clarity under pressure.

Week 5 — Expansion
Strengthen confidence and forward momentum.

Week 6 — Integration
Consolidate learning and evaluate progress.
