3Cs is a small, confidential group programme for people who carry responsibility and want to feel calm, confident and in control. This is not about fixing problems or pushing performance. It’s about shifting state. When your internal state changes, everything else follows.

3Cs is a live, small‑group leadership experience designed for thoughtful, successful people who want to lead themselves as well as they lead others.
Each session creates protected psychological space - something most senior people rarely have.
You step out of day‑to‑day demands and into a calm, focused environment that supports reflection, insight and internal alignment.

Set intentions, understand the process, establish psychological safety.
Week 2 — Reflection
Notice progress, strengths, and what’s already working.
Week 3 — Imagination
Engage future thinking, possibility and preferred outcomes.

Develop calm focus and clarity under pressure.
Week 5 — Expansion
Strengthen confidence, authority and forward momentum.
Week 6 — Integration
Consolidate learning and translate insight into everyday leadership.

Hypnosis is a natural process in which the mind becomes relaxed and focused at the same time. We enter similar states every day, for example when we’re absorbed in conversation, listening to music, driving on autopilot, or engaged in familiar tasks.
In this state, the mind is particularly open to learning and change. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy combines positive, forward-looking therapeutic conversation with guided hypnosis to help reduce mental noise, support emotional regulation, and build helpful patterns of thinking.

Yes. In hypnosis, people are actually more in control than when they are awake. You are always able to return to full awareness at any point, and most people finish sessions feeling refreshed, lighter and more optimistic.
I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy and the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. I also hold an enhanced DBS check and full professional insurance.
